Casa Tech Systems Selected to Complete Network Cabling TI Project For Adelante HealthcareArizona Care Network partner Adelante Health Center Opens at Dignity Health’s St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix. The new 5,500 square foot facility, Adelante Healthcare Central Phoenix is part of Dignity Health’s accountable care organization. Adelante Healthcare serves 46,000 patients in the Valley. The new center will offer primary care and provide help to those in need of assistance applying for health care coverage. Patients also have access to a self-pay program or income-based sliding fee discounts and the federally-funded Women’s Infants & Children Program.

Town of Gilbert Fire Station No. 7 is a CM @ Risk project located at the intersection of 130th Street and Warner Road in Gilbert, AZ. The state-of-the-art project consists of the construction of a new 10,500 SF, three-bay, two-story fire station.This fire station consists of 10 individual dorm rooms, a workout area, a living room, large kitchen and patio, dining area, commander offices, employee computer area, and much more including a two story slide and Fireman’s pole. One of the state-of-the-art features in this fire station is a “Score Board” in the center of the bay area that lets firemen know the address when a call comes in.
The station utilizes bi-fold apparatus doors which enhance the design, reduce maintenance and repair costs, and with the quick opening allow for efficient response times.Another innovative feature can be found on the interior masonry walls in the bay area, where the bottom half of the walls are coated with a clear epoxy so crews can wash down the bay area and have no build-up from the fire truck exhausts.
We are thrilled to be a part of this project!Goodwill of Central Arizona is opening a 25,000 square foot location north of the northeast corner of RH Johnson Blvd., and Camino Del Sol in Sun City West, AZ. Transwestern announced Wednesday it brokered a long-term lease with Rural/Metro Corp. for 90,500 SF of Class-A space in the Pima Office Pavilion. The Scottsdale-based provider of private ambulance and fire protection services in 21 states and nearly 700 communities will establish its new national headquarters at the Pavilion, located at 8465 N. Pima Rd.
“Rural/Metro found itself an excellent location neighboring the affluent Paradise Valley and Scottsdale residential communities and near two major medical centers,” said Transwestern Senior Vice President Jim Achen Jr., lead broker in the transaction. Built in 2008, the Pima Office Pavilion is adjacent to the Loop 101 Freeway in a prime Scottsdale location.
“It is just minutes from exclusive residential executive housing and 20 minutes from Northwest and Southwest Valley labor markets,” said Achen. “Sky Harbor International Airport is only 15 minutes away, and there are more than 50 restaurants within a two-mile radius.”
Achen was assisted by Transwestern Senior Vice Presidents Bill Zurek and Lawrence Pobuda in representing the Pima Office Pavilion’s owner, Nashville, Tenn.-based Healthcare Realty Trust. Tom Adelson of CBRE in Phoenix represented Rural/Metro.
Rural/Metro was founded in 1948 and is now the second-largest firm of its kind in the United States with nearly 10,000 employees. Its ambulances transport more than 1.5 million patients annually.

Casa Tech Systems Teams Up with Panduit and General Cable to Provide Ronald McDonald House in Mesa, Arizona with Complete Structured Cabling SolutionThanks to the generous support of the Panduit Corporation and General Cable Corp., Casa Technology Systems was able to provide Ronald McDonald House with a state-of-the-art, high-speed Category 6 structured cabling system at no material or labor cost.
The East Valley's first Ronald McDonald House serves families whose children are undergoing often-critical medical care. The new center is located on the campus of Cardon Children's Medical Center, 2225 W. Southern Ave., Mesa. The 12,600-square-foot house, a former health-care facility, features 16 bedrooms, including four apartments with kitchens for families with children with suppressed immune systems; community kitchen, living room and dining room; play area for children; and an outdoor area for children and adults.

Casa Tech Systems and Global Manufacturer of Physical Infrastructure Solutions, Panduit Corporation, Provide Circle the City Medical Respite Center with New State-of-the-Art Category 6 Structured Cabling SystemCasa Technology Systems, LLC has completed the network infrastructure installation for Circle the City Medical Respite Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Circle the City will be moving from its current space into the newly renovated 16,800 square-foot building at 333 W. Indian School in Central Phoenix. The new space will house a 50 bed medical respite center for homeless patients and is expected to save hospitals millions of dollars. The team at Circle the City awarded Casa Technology Systems the contract for all voice and data network infrastructure cabling. Thanks to the generous support of the Panduit Corporation, Casa Technology Systems was able to provide Circle the City with a state-of-the-art, high-speed Category 6 structured cabling system at almost no material cost. Casa Tech provided all labor at discounted rates and installed a complete Panduit cabling system, donated on behalf of Panduit Corporation. The new facility is outfitted with (70) dual communication outlets and Category 6 cable to various Wireless Access Points, Card Access and public network router connections.

Casa Tech Systems Hires Michael Scott as Outside Sales ManagerCasa Technology Systems is pleased to announce its recent hire of Michael Scott, who will join the Casa Tech team in Phoenix, Arizona as Outside Sales Manager. Scott will further develop the Casa Tech Commercial Sales Group working with end users and contractors throughout Arizona.
Scott comes to Casa Tech Systems with 25 years of Sales experience. Scott entered the Telecommunications industry in 1984 as Regional Sales Manager for AT&T. Since then he’s managed sales for a variety of companies including Lucent Technologies, Lowe’s and R.F. Mayo Associates. Most recently, Scott was Sales Manager for CommSol, where he led a team of Manufacturer Representatives for Communications Cabling Physical Layer products. This background has helped Scott to make an easy transition into his current position with Casa Tech Systems.
“I was attracted by the company's family atmosphere and the chance to help grow a business that has already had a lot of success.” Scott said. “The key to success has always been exceeding the customers’ expectations. The history and longevity of Casa Tech has a foundation built on long term relationships; that’s my intent in being part of this team.”
In addition to his prior sales management and manufacturer representative experience, Scott has extensive experience with Telecommunications certification classes, in particular. Before working for Commsol, Scott facilitated BICSI level training courses for the end user and contractor community.

Casa Tech designed and implemented a structured cabling system for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer including Network Cabling and Horizontal Copper, Cable Premise Distribution and Fiber Backbone Systems. Summit Builders (Phoenix, Arizona) awarded Casa Technology Systems, LLC the contract for all Voice, Data and Fiber Optic network infrastructure cabling at the new Naco Border Patrol Station in 2010. The $32.1M project consists of a new administration building, a main station building, support buildings, helicopter pad and dog kennels. The facility will be constructed to Anti-Terrorist Force Protection (ATFP) standards. Additional subcontractors include E.F. Charles Electrical, HACI Mechanical, RKS Plumbing, Noble Steel, Concrete Systems, and Fyffe Masonry & Plastering. Ground up installation of Network Cabling by the team at Casa Tech Systems will adhere to all local, state, and federal requirements, and meet or exceed all BICSI, TDMM, NFPA, ANSI, NEC, TIA/EIA, IEEE, and UL standards. The new building, located at 2390 E. Camelback Road, will initially house 320 staff, with space to grow for additional headcount. As the business's corporate headquarters, the building will be equipped with nine high tech conference rooms, upgraded technology throughout the building, and new, multifunctional, shared work spaces.
