Our technical operations center is located in Phoenix, Arizona at 1745 W. Deer Valley Road, Suite 126. (Get Directions)  Our business hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We do provide Emergency Response Services for  after hours, weekends and holidays. We can be reached locally at 623-537-0110 or toll-free at 800-803-3981.  We can respond to most emergency calls in the Phoenix metro area within two hours; Tucson and Flagstaff response times are within four hours; and all other areas in Arizona have a response time of six hours. Casa Tech Systems also provides service in limited areas in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada and California.
