Casa Technology System's Key Officers and Management Team
Helen Heisler serves as President & CEO of Casa Technology Systems. Helen’s primary responsibilities include Business Administration, Marketing and AP/AR. Her 35 years of experience in the business community include six years in marketing at a small Phoenix newspaper and eight years at Honeywell Corporation in their technical publishing department. Prior to starting Casa Tech, Helen operated a graphics business for twelve years. Casa Tech Systems was established in November of 2000 with Helen serving as President & CEO from its inception.
Tim Heisler, RCDD/NTS serves as Vice-President and General Manager of Casa Tech. Tim’s primary responsibilities include Design Engineering, Technical Operations and Quality Control. Tim’s background includes 34 years in the Telecommunications and Network Industry. This experience includes two years at Honeywell Corporation as a telecommunications tech, five years with Communications Contractors Inc., as a Telecommunications and PBX installer and Project Manager; five years with Federal Communications Contractors as Project Manager and Lead Supervisor over all aspects of structured cabling and outside plant services; seven years with SouthWest Tel-Data as Vice-President of Sales and Operations Manager and five years with Romanoff Technologies as Vice-President and General Manager. Tim started at Casa Tech in 2001 as Vice-President and General Manager. Tim is a BICSI RCDD with a Network Transport Specialist specialty.
Deb Porter serves as Office Manager of Casa Tech. Deb’s primary responsibilities include project scheduling and human resources. Deb’s background includes 31 years in the Business Administration and Human Resources industry. This includes 16 years with the Regional Behavioral Health Authority for Maricopa County serving in the following positions: Manager of Administrative Services and Medical Records and Office Management. Deb also has 15 years experience in electrical and low voltage communications contracting where she was responsible for purchasing, estimating, scheduling and human resources.
Matt Allen, RCDD serves as Sales Engineer/Estimator and Project Manager. Matt’s primary responsibilities include Design Engineering, Quality Control, Project Management, Sales and Customer Service. His background includes 18 years in the Electrical Industry and low voltage systems starting with 6 years in the US Navy as an Electrician’s Mate 2nd class and earning his Journeyman status a few years later. Matt spent 2 years installing Central Office Power Plants before moving into the manufacturing sector. He worked at the Belden Wire and Cable manufacturing plant in Phoenix and maintained the production networks and PLC systems. Taking 2 years off Matt earned his Associates Degree with Honors from Glendale Community College before taking a job as the Lead Facility Engineer for Westgate City Center. At Westgate, Matt oversaw the low voltage systems as well as the high voltage plant and was instrumental in a number of successful projects, including integrating a 60 foot High Definition Screen with a Belagio-style fountain and the festivities surrounding the 2007 Superbowl. Matt joined Casa Tech in December of 2008 as an Estimator/Sales Engineer as well as a Project Manager. Matt is a BICSI RCDD.
Rob Stewart serves as Warehouse, Safety and Code Compliance Manager for Casa Tech. Rob’s primary responsibilities include material purchasing, asset management and warehouse inventory. Additional responsibilities include Casa Tech’s Safety Manager conducting employee training and on-site safety inspections. Rob’s background includes 10 years as a safety coordinator and inspector for Maricopa County. His industry certifications include:
